I love fizzy drinks! Cold, bubbly drinks... it may come as a shock to hear that it's been WEEKS since I have touched any soda! If I need that fizzy fix, I pick one of these!

Personally I make sure to drink both, daily. Both are awesome. Some days my body craves more than other days! Kombucha I can drink between 4oz-16oz day. Kefir water is about the same. Listen to your own body's needs and start slow, after consulting you doctor of course!
